What it is:

BodyTalk is a simple and effective holistic therapy that allows your body’s energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. Every cell in our bodies has natural ability to heal itself but due to pollution, stress and our usage of supplements and drugs our bodies slowly forget that natural ability.

BodyTalk enhances our natural healing ability and stimulates our bodies to balance and heal itself on all levels. BodyTalk practitioners are trained to listen to what your body is saying and heal the problems based on your body’s priorities. Instead of focusing on the symptoms, BodyTalk practitioners find the underlying causes of illness by addressing the whole-person and their whole-story. The BodyTalk techniques provide insights to the areas of your body that need attention. What might seem like an obvious problem to you is not necessarily the one your body wants to address first.

BodyTalk for Animals

Even though BodyTalk and the basic BodyTalk modules only focus on humans, The BodyTalk System have developed a whole-healthcare system that promotes the well-being of any person, animal, or plant. BodyTalk for Animals is an advanced module of BodyTalk which focuses on an animal’s health and well-being. Like any other living organism, animals – both domesticated and wild – are vulnerable to stress. As is the case with human beings, exposure to stress can lead to disease within an animal’s body.

Like BodyTalk for humans, BodyTalk for Animals is designed to re-establish good communication within an animal’s body. BodyTalk for Animals supports the re-synchronisation of the animal’s internal systems to provide fluid communication between the various components of the body, thus keeping the body sound and less vulnerable to disease.

BodyTalk for Animals is not to be used in place of veterinary care, but as a compliment. In fact, BodyTalk for Animals integrates seamlessly with veterinary medicine, and animals usually respond to BodyTalk sessions even more dramatically than humans because animals have no filter.

As animal companions spend a lot of time with their human companions and share the energyies the symptoms or behavior shown by the animals are often a reflection of their human companion’s belief system. This is also why many people say a pet is a reflection of their owner. Because of this reason, it is common that in order to balanced the animal’s well-being it is important to also balance their human companions at the same time.

Who needs it:

• Animals with health issues.
• Animals with trauma and behavioral issues.
• Animal health care professionals (animal trainers, groomers, kennel, barn, farm, ranch, zoo, sanctuary staff and more) who need to improve the animal condition under their care.

Benefits:

• Better health for your pets.
• Balance your pets’ behavior.
• Gain new insights into the relationships between you and your pets.
• How to deal with emotional trauma and environmental conditions that affect animals.
• How the animal’s emotional trauma and environmental conditions affect you and explore how to deal with this.

A typical body talk session

A BodyTalk session usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on what your/your animal companion’s body says and how severe the problem is. Even the simplest sessions can be quite profound and provide unique insights into the body which can’t be experienced otherwise.

The session starts with asking about current health status, and any other personal issues needed to address. I then refer to the BodyTalk protocol chart to reveal items which are considered the top priorities by the body.

In Holiztic Vet, when you book a BodyTalk session it will address both the animal companion’s issues and the owner’s.
